Diversified Mold & Castings has been manufacturing Thermoform Tooling for over 40 years. With our capabilities to pour small and large molds, we stand out as a highly valued vendor in the industry. Whether it is sand or plaster, we have the ability to pour fine detail in all our molds and hold the dimensions that are required with this type of tooling.
Along with our highly qualified foundry, we are able to surface finish, close, and test the temperature controlled lines in-house to ensure our molds will not leak under pressure in the field. Once we have approved the pressure test, we will close the mold off, add the mounting legs, and ship ready to go right into production.
