Mold Components

Many molds require loose components to mold through holes, threads, etc. With our machining centers and our CNC Lathe, we are capable of designing, programming, and machining these components in-house.

Whether it is in a new mold or you need replacement parts; DMC can supply you with your mold components upon request. Depending upon your needs we offer components in different alloys such as: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and Beryllium Free Copper.

Sometimes a customer would like to have the option to mold different logos into the part. Our ability to machine logo plates and engrave the custom logo on them gives our customers an advantage to offer their product to multiple sources through different branding.
